Good afternoon dear residents,
I would like to take this opportunity and remind all our residents who reside here at Rochester Riverside that all residents must always park in their own bays by displaying a valid PCM permit.
The parking company sent the attached letter for your attention. Recently, on many occasions late at night and over the weekends there have been instances where visitors were allowed to park their vehicles in other resident’s allocated bay without their permission and this creates a lot of inconvenience for bay owners. Please be aware that if you do not have an allocated bay and got visitors than there is Medway council multi storey car park next door to Costa on site that can be used.
If your property is currently let out, I would like to request all leaseholder to pass on this email to their estate agents & tenants living in your property so, there would be no more confusion re: parking on site. I hope this information help.
